I am on the running road to fitness!
I am sick and tired of being unhealthy.... So what Am i going to do about it? Well I am going to take up running and see if that will help me.. hopefully it should! Running is a cardio exercise so is meant to be really good for your heart.. a healthy heart will then mean blood will pump more efficiently around my body and give me more energy... so It may sound like a a lot of hard work for a lazy guy like me at first but give it a while and ill be not lazy.. but full of energy that is what I am hoping for anyway. I have never really bothered with exercise before but that's all about to end from now on. Some guys I have been talking too say you need insoles well I aint gonna bother with them just yet but Ill give them ago later on if my feet start hurting... I wonder if I will be able to run with my shoe lifts..(I basically blabbed on and on about shoe lifts in my other blog post.) I might as well look cool and tall whilst I run right?
